At Lucchese, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade boots and leather goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items in their original packaging and include all tags. Ensure the boots are placed in their protective dust bags to prevent scuffing during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Once our artisans inspect the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
